Hi
I know it's hard finding something to say, particularly if you're not used to writing your private thoughts down, but that's all it is. Writing down how you're thinking, yeah! and Venting - or just sorting ideas out on the diary page.
I use my diary to get out all the memories that are locked away. Once I get on a roll, I dont stop until I either get to the end - or I get tired.
